I found the best book template a while back at 48HrBooks.com. The template has all the normally needed formatting already done.  Quite frankly it has saved me valuable time in meeting deadlines and been great to use at work for instructional booklets, as a place to compile favorite family recipes in a book form and other projects at work and home. I have been thinking a lot about $50 and I what I use it for both transitory and long-term Investment. 

I am sure you all have similar examples of where $50 could go by week, month, or by year.  Please consider the one-time annual increase of $50 in your IAAP Professional dues for the long term investment in our association.

Let me start by saying a big "Thank You" to everyone participating in the web community the past two weeks. The tone has gone from much less than professional to civil, helpful and encouraging.

What I think happens is that people don't take a step back and see how their words actually sound to others. Going forward, please continue to listen to that quiet voice in your head before you post something. Or even before you send an e-mail at work. If there's any question in your mind, wait and let the post or e-mail sit for a few hours and read it again. I can promise you using this method will save you a lot of headaches. [more]
